Born 1942, Swedish model Birgitta af Klercker was a top model and long-time fashion muse for photographers such as Irving Penn, Scavullo and Avedon, and a great favorite of Vogue magazine, and its editor, Diana Vreeland.

Birgitta was also a well respected interior designer for clients around the world, and owned the famous Parisian antique store “Haga” on Rue de Grenelle. She lost her long and courageous battle with cancer in 2007 in Paris.
