Concert goers at Ozzfest in 2001 witnessed an impressive lineup. The U.S lineup that year included Black Sabbath, Slipknot, Black Label Society, and Taproot who shared the stage with newcomers like Mudvayne, Drowning Pool, and Marilyn Manson. Tool and Soulfly only performed in the UK.

Ozzfest is an annual festival tour featuring heavy metal and hard rock musical groups in the U.S. and occasionally in Europe. It was also held for the first time Japan in 2013. Ozzfest was founded by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne in 1996.
