Giant Videophone, 1964

This phone-viewing system gave you a picture of any caller similarly equipped. It could be used on ordinary telephone lines. Push a button and within five seconds the picture appears. Developed by Toshiba Co. in 1964, price was estimated at $250 although it was not yet ready for sale.
