Rare Photographs of Marianne Faithfull Posing With Her Pet Dalmatian at Home in 1964

These photographs are from a UK magazine that had a small article about Marianne Faithfull’s first year of her fame in 1964, when she was but a blushing 17. All photos were taken by John Pratt in Reading where she lived with mum Eva.

The other girls in the photo of her looking at the book were friends from St. Joseph’s (the convent school she attended). Also there are some photos of her posing with Sara Bingley, the family Dalmatian.
