This vintage photograph shows a Ford Model T truck hauling a large load of hay down a paved country road in 1921. The dried fodder seems to overwhelm the small truck, yet the driver gamely travels along. Model Ts were popular for transporting harvest crops. They had earned a tough reputation among farmers who knew the vehicles could handle hard work.
