A passing policeman might have done a double-take, as did the photographer. Fear not. The steady hand on the wheel is that of the pooch’s owner Nancy Sasse of Toledo, Ohio. The worst Rover can be accused of is not buckling his seatbelt – that and merely wanting to see where he is going.
