9 to 5 is a 1980 comedy film starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton as three employees who try to find a way to turn the tables on their “sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot” boss. Upon its release, the film grossed over $103.9 million and has since been the 20th highest-grossing comedy film.
