40 Glamorous Photos of Suzanne Pleshette in the 1960s

Born 1937 in Brooklyn, New York, American actress and voice actress Suzanne Pleshette started her career in the theatre and began appearing in films in the late 1950s and later appeared in prominent films such as Rome Adventure (1962) and Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963).

Pleshette later appeared in various television productions, often in guest roles, and played Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show from 1972 until 1978, receiving several Emmy Award nominations for her work.

Pleshette continued acting until 2004, which was four years before her death. She died in 2008 at her Los Angeles home 12 days before her 71st birthday.

Take a look at these glamorous photos to see the beauty of young Suzanne Pleshette in the 1960s.

  1. Those are some beautiful pictures, and I understand people who prefer the looks of the people past over what we have these days, but I can definitely say I am not one of them, even though I do appreciate the natural beauty they radiate.

  2. One of my all-time favorite stars, absolutely beautiful in every way.

  3. The first thing I've always notice in a woman is their eyes. Hers are mesmerizing. And a body to go with them.

  4. Yes, a beauty for sure, but her voice quality and the way she expressed herself was, for me, utterly enchanting.

  5. Absolutely lovely lady that I loved for over 50 years. I wish I had met her in person once instead of just visiting her grave. She wanted her gravestone to say "Good wife, good daughter, good friend". From what I have read, she was all that and more. Just a beautiful woman, another one that cigarettes killed.
