Beautiful Photographs of an Alluring Marlene on Stage

There were numerous things to remember Marlene Dietrich by: a legendary female star of classic cinema, an actress whose glamorous persona and exotic looks, an active humanitarian during World War II, a celebrity who openly defies sexual norms, an icon to fashion designers and screen stars. She constantly reinvented herself all through her long career, which spanned for more than 60 years. From the early 1950s until her accident in 1975, she worked almost solely as a cabaret artist, performing live in theatres in major cities throughout the world. Dietrich’s remarkable phenomenon in concert drew critical appraisals.
