Wayne was married three times and divorced twice. Pilar Pallete was his third wife. They were married in 1954, and remained married until his death in 1979.
In 1973, Pilar moved out of their house, however they were never legally separated, nor divorced. She has always made sure to let everyone know that they remained married until his death.
