I was hoping to see myself in one of those pics. Oddly, the orange car strikes a memory. I don't know if there may have been more than one, considering the masses, but it's the only thing in these images that strikes a memory. I wonder where the tapes are for that event, I'm surprised no one's capitalized on it.

I didn't make this Festival, but i definitely was at Woodstock in 1969!!
ReplyDeleteYes i was there hometown Horseheads. Was living in Huntinton Beach Calif. 5 of us piled into a 64 Buick Riviera and drove straight through. Glenn, Bobby, Donnie, Neal and meJim. Front endout of line 5 flat tires. Took like 80-90hrs. Worst part had my Irish setter with us he got carsick. We ended up having wrong date we were week early. We stayed and had greatest time. What a show! The Beefeaters crew in rare form.
