These photographs of Walt Disney World from May 1977, October 1979 and October 1981 show a Disney that's a bit simpler than the one we're familiar with today. Character meet-and-greets didn't require a chaperone. There were no FastPasses. River Country was still open. Canoe rides at Disney were a thing. And the Carousel of Progress ended on men wearing plaid pants and turtlenecks. Most of these photos were taken by John McInnis.
