  1. The Atomium photos are my favorites — a 102-meter iron crystal built from nine giant spheres was such a bold idea for 1958. Staring at those perfect spheres made me think of my own weekend hobby: building in Minecraft, where making a smooth circle out of square blocks takes real planning. I use a free Minecraft circle generator that lays out pixel-perfect block blueprints, which honestly feels like drafting one of these pavilions. Wonderful collection — the Philips Pavilion shots are stunning too.
