27 Last Photos of Famous People Taken Right Before They Died

Life is short and very fragile! Shortly after each of these pictures were taken, life-changing tragedy struck.

In come cases they were happy and laughing, enjoying life before it was tragically cut short. Others show their deep troubles in their faces, making it clear how they suffered before their untimely deaths.

The photos below are the very last pictures ever taken of each of these 27 famous people before they passed away.

1. The Who drummer, Keith Moon, died on September 7, 1978. He overdosed on a drug prescribed to combat alcoholism. Moon had attended a party the night before organised by Paul McCartney for the launch of the The Buddy Holly Story movie.

2. Jimi Hendrix and his favorite guitar, Black Betty. He died the day after this photo was taken.

3. Jim Morrison and his girlfriend spent time at a commune in Northern France five days before Morrison was found dead.

4. Photo of Albert Einstein in his New Jersey home, taken one month before he died.

5. Freddie Mercury poses for a photo in 1991. He died of bronchial pneumonia resulting from AIDS.

13. Tupac Shakur and manager Suge Knight take a ride on September 13, 1996. That night Shakur was shot in a drive-by and was killed.
