The Golden Age of Air Travel: 33 Beautiful Vintage Airline Posters From Between the 1940s and 1970s

These airline posters hark back to a bygone era when flying was an experience only for the well-off. Passengers donned their best for the journey and leg-room and reclining were not even topics of conversation yet. We revisit a time when the skies were ruled by Pan Am and British Overseas Airways Corp (BOAC) courtesy of a new coffee table book, Airline Visual Identity 1945-1975.
