20 Rare Vintage Photos of Copenhagen Zoo 150 Years ago

Copenhagen Zoo is a zoological garden in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 1859, it is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and is a member of EAZA. It comprises 11 hectares (27 acres) and is located in the municipality of Frederiksberg, sandwiched between the parks of Frederiksberg Gardens and S√łndermarken.

Since opening, the zoo had more and more animals to attract tourists to visit. To get the attention of tourists, right from the start, the zoo began training the animals to do many tricks.
