Jackie Coogan: One of the First Child Stars in Film History

John Leslie "Jackie" Coogan (1914 – 1984) was an American actor who began his movie career as a child actor in silent films and becoming one of the first child stars in film history after the Charlie Chaplin's film classic The Kid (1921).

Jackie was also known as Uncle Fester on the 1960s sitcom The Addams Family many years later.
