  6. I would have loved to live in San Francisco during this time. Just something mystical about it - and at a much slower pace than we have all come accustomed to. I wasn't born in the City for a couple more decades though.

  8. I concur. There was more genuine San Francisco pride then. People spoke English, no "land of fruit and nuts", no freaking-out if people say they were born here, lower population... They really didn't know how good they had it.
